Doria Ragland is excited to move across the pond
We all remember Meghan Markle’s mother from the gorgeous royal wedding earlier this year. She looked stunning in a pale green outfit and she seemed so happy for her daughter. Of course, we, as well as the rest of the world, couldn’t help but notice that Doria was the only member of Meghan’s family present at the royal wedding. Meghan has had some issues with other members of her family lately, but her bond with Doria is super strong.
And now she’s reportedly moving to England!
Move
Doria Ragland is 61 years old and up until recently, she worked as a social worker. Earlier, it was reported that she quit her job very soon after the royal wedding, which was on the 19th of May. And now The Daily Mail has news that Doria is moving to London as soon as next month. She’s preparing to move to England so she can be closer to her daughter, which is totally understandable of course. A source says she is “beside herself with excitement” about the impending move.

All of this news doesn’t come from Doria directly, as she seems to be the only one in Meghan’s family who doesn’t talk to the media, which is very telling. Instead, a source apparently close to Doria has divulged the information. “She is getting ready to move to London. I think she will be going as soon as possible. I know that she was eager to live closer to her daughter,” this source has said. They also told The Daily Mail that Doria loved England when she visited in May: “She also fell in love with England and told me when she got back that it’s somewhere she believes she could happily live.”
