Keep your feet warm this winter

When the temperatures get near or even below zero again, we’re not leaving the house without a hat and a scarf. We also wear thick socks and warm shoes. But all of that doesn’t always work to keep our feet warm and they regularly feel like ice cubes attached to the ends our legs.

Luckily, there are a few tips you can follow to make sure your feet stay warm.

Eat yourself warm

We’re used to eating warm food for dinner, but try eating warm meals during the day a little more often too. Try having a warm soup or a nice vegetable curry for lunch. Additionally, add spices like ginger, chilli, mustard and cardamom to the food you cook to give your blood circulation a boost.
