Camilla knows exactly what makes Prince Charles happy

Camilla Parker Bowles is the duchess of Cornwall and Prince Charles’ wife. That’s exactly why she knows a lot of things we don’t know, but she’s recently revealed some bits and bobs. She appeared in TV cooking show and competition Masterchef Australia and explained exactly what foods you should and shouldn’t put in front of the prince of Wales.

We definitely agree with him on one thing: cheese!

Cheese

Camilla doesn’t have to think long when Masterchef judge Gary Mehigan asks her what type of food really makes Charles happy. “He loves, loves local cheeses,” Camilla explains. “He’s a huge cheese fan. Anything to do with cheese, he will love.” You can also never go wrong with Charles when it comes to dishes that contain eggs and a whole load of vegetables. “He’d love that. You’d definitely see a smile,” the duchess tells Gary with a wink.

Garlic

Camilla was also asked about the dish or ingredient you really shouldn’t serve the royals at a dinner party. It almost hurt her to say it, but Camilla admitted that you shouldn’t serve a royal garlic at a dinner party or any other formal function. Because they have to talk a lot, it’s best to avoid any garlic. Bad breath at a party that requires lots of talking is a definite ‘no-no’, as Gary also admits.
