What time do you usually go to bed?
Are you someone who’s already fantasizing about going to sleep right after dinner, or do you have to force yourself to go to bed? Everyone’s bed time is different and it depends on what your day looks like. It also has to do with the type of person you are, because are you a morning person or a night owl?
The time you go to bed can tell you a lot about your personality!
Between 8 and 10 pm
To you, there’s nothing quite like crawling into bed early and you value a good night’s sleep a lot. Even if you don’t have to get up early the next morning you like to go to bed on time, just because you think it’s important to get enough sleep. You’re very attached to your down time and having a routine is very important for you to function properly. Sometimes you’re a little too careful; it’s fine to be a little crazy every once in a while. You do mostly have all your things in order, though, so; go you!
Between 10 and 11 pm
The majority of people goes to bed at this time. You’re a hard worker who values getting enough sleep, but you don’t want to impose too many rules on yourself. Did you go to bed a little later today? No problem; you’ll catch up on your sleep tomorrow. You don’t like missing out on fun things and you’re a social butterfly. Although you prefer eating healthy, you won’t say no to some fast food every now and then. Balance it the key word for your life!
Between 12 and 2 am
You’re a true night owl, who only really comes to life when the sun goes down. You’re at your most productive when it’s dark out and this is also when you have your best ideas. Recognizable? Then you’re part of the group of creative people of the world, but you’re also a worrier. People who go to bed late generally worry more than other people. Your brain rarely shuts down and this can result in worrying.
Between 2 and 4 am
You’re a free bird and you don’t let yourself be chained down. You prefer to lead an unpredictable life full of adventure and you surround yourself with people who are the same. You’re fiery and fierce when it comes to your love life. Relationships often don’t last in your case, because you just don’t handle routine and regularity very well. Chances are you have your own creative business or work in the culinary field. One thing’s for sure: you never have to get up early. Lucky for you!
