Wool sweaters are one of the things we love about winter. There’s no need to complain about the cold when you’re wearing them, because you’ll always be nice and toasty. But that itch? That’s a different story. Wool sweaters can be terribly irritating for your skin. Luckily, there’s trick to make sweaters a lot less itchy!
Say goodbye to that annoying itch!
Wool sweaters
All you need to stop a wool sweater from being itchy is a large bowl or vat of cold water, a splash of white vinegar, some conditioner and a towel. Start by adding the splash of white vinegar to the cold water. Submerge the wool sweater into the water and let it soak for about 15 minutes. Take it out of the water and squeeze a good dollop of conditioner onto it. Massage the conditioner into the sweater leave it like this for half an hour. Rinse out the sweater thoroughly and put it to dry on the towel. Once it’s dry, your sweater will no longer be itchy!
