This trick with a clothespin should help to relieve pain in various parts of your body

clothespin

Who knew a clothespin was so useful!

Most people probably don’t go to the doctor for every little pain they have. We usually think it’ll pass again on its own. Yet you can take matters in your own hands when it comes to reducing pain. All you need for that is a simple clothespin. What on earth can you do with a clothespin to reduce pain, you might think? Well, it’s easy: you pin it to certain specific parts of your ear.

We found out about this smart trick that will relieve you of your pain by using nothing more than a clothespin.

Acupuncture

This is a trick that’s very similar in nature to acupuncture. Helen Chin Lui, a reflexologist, or medical expert on ears and reflexes, explains that every ear is connected to the entire body, which means it’s also connected to your nerve system. Chin Lui shows in which spots you should pin the clothespin to relieve pain. Each of these six points is connected to pain or soreness in a specific part of your body. When you apply pressure to this point on your ear, your pain in the corresponding part of your body will become noticeably less. Take a look at the picture below to see where the six pressure points on the ear can be found.

Go to the next page to find out which pressure point is connected to which body part and how you can reduce pain in your own body with this clothespin trick.
