This thing we all do after just waking up is actually really bad for you

Do you want to break this negative habit and have a positive attitude from the moment you wake up? Then you should put your phone out of reach and do the following when you wake up: take ten deep breaths and think something positive before getting out of bed. A thought like “today I’m going to think positively” or “I’m looking forward to what the day brings” can already improve your attitude. Does it feel a little too weird or don’t you feel like saying it out loud? Just breathing mindfully can make a difference already – you won’t need to do any meditation or yoga. It can also help to write down some of your thoughts in the morning or go for a little walk before grabbing your phone.
